Nos ateliers (à l’exception de la série gratuite de microapprentissages) respectent les critères d’admissibilité au financement de la formation professionnelle et/ou au financement pour libération de temps, tels qu’énoncés dans le Guide de financement des subventions pour la garde d’enfants en Alberta.

Kids Included Building Blocks

Nous offrons une variété d’occasions d’apprentissage conçues pour renforcer les compétences, les connaissances et la confiance des équipes éducatives de la petite enfance, des équipes enseignantes et des membres des familles.

Micro-apprentissage sur les pratiques inclusives

Cette série d’ateliers est idéale pour les équipes éducatives de la petite enfance qui souhaitent acquérir des compétences pratiques et faciles à intégrer à leur quotidien. Ces ateliers introductifs sont basés sur le modèle pyramidal, un cadre fondé sur des données probantes pour des services de garde inclusifs et de haute qualité.


Dans cette série, chaque séance explore un volet différent du modèle. Les ateliers ont lieu sur Zoom. Vous pouvez vous inscrire à un ou plusieurs ateliers. Un certificat de participation est remis aux personnes présentes en temps réel.

Cette formation interactive en ligne offre des connaissances et stratégies aux adultes qui soutiennent les jeunes enfants ayant des besoins divers (par exemple, à la prématernelle et à la maternelle).


Participez à un ou plusieurs ateliers. Les ateliers ont lieu sur Zoom. Un certificat d’achèvement est remis à chaque personne présente en temps réel. Ateliers offerts en anglais seulement

Cultural Humility

To enrich our own understanding of culture, we must first reflect on our own cultural identities. During this session, participants will reflect on what culture means to them, and identify how our thoughts our influenced by our cultural identities, and impact our interactions with others. The purpose of this workshop is to enhance the mental health and well-being of educators, and foster their efforts at building community with the children and families they serve.

Trauma Informed Care

Supporting others who have experienced trauma can be a difficult task. In this session, participants will identify the different types of trauma, and the types of experiences that can have traumatic impacts; describe the principles of trauma-informed care that we practice when working in a trauma-informed way; and, investigate how this information applies to ourselves and our unique role in trauma-informed care.

Social & Emotional Development

The first five years of a child’s life are very important. A child’s healthy social and emotional development forms a foundation for lifelong learning and mental health. Children's social and emotional development is deeply linked to healthy adult-child relationships. In this workshop, you will identify social and emotional milestones, and the qualities of engagement between adult and child that support healthy development. You will also reflect on how your own qualities of engagement with children and families is a powerful tool for supporting developmental progress.

Understanding Grief & Loss

Grief is a complex emotion and experience that we all experience at one time or another. How we make space for grief and loss in our own lives, as well as the lives of children and families, can have a significant impact on healing. In this workshop, participants will describe the many types of grief and loss, identify skills for responding to others’ grief and loss, and investigate strategies for coping with personal grief and loss.

Notre programme Accès, soutien et participation (ASaP) propose des occasions d’apprentissage professionnel, de mentorat et de développement du leadership pour les centres de garde et les garderies en milieu familial accrédités.


Ces formations visent à aider les milieux de garde à travers l’Alberta à créer des environnements inclusifs et de haute qualité pour tous les enfants.
