Subject: Notice of Annual General Meeting — November 20, 2025
Please join Kids Included’s Board of Directors and CEO Amber Mack at the Annual General Meeting of Getting Ready for Inclusion Today Society on Thursday November 20, 2025, at the Kids Included Veyron Learning Lab (12852 - 141 Street NW Edmonton, AB T5L 4N8).
The AGM will start at 5:30 p.m., however, mingling and meeting with Kids Included’s board and staff while enjoying refreshments will begin at 5:00 p.m.
This year’s agenda includes remarks and perspectives from the CEO inspired by a full slate of transformational initiatives since November 2024. The business portion of the agenda will focus on the draft motion to formally adopt the new name and brand. In preparation for a vote from the membership to pass this motion, the board welcomes any questions or comments.
