Are you a parent, educator, or community organization looking to learn more about inclusive early learning supports for young children with disabilities? We’re excited to invite you to our Virtual Open House for the Early Childhood Services (ECS) Program on March 11!
This online session is a wonderful opportunity to meet some of our team, learn how the program works, and discover how we work collaboratively with families to support their children's development and inclusion in community settings.
🌈 About Our Early Childhood Services Program
Kids Included’s ECS program provides flexible, family‑centred, community‑based support for young children with disabilities and their families in the Edmonton region. Children can access services for up to three years, funded through Alberta Education’s Program Unit Funding (PUF).
Our approach is grounded in meaningful participation wherever children play, learn, and grow — whether at home, in childcare, at the pool, or in preschool and kindergarten. Our multidisciplinary teams create individualized programming that supports children’s learning, development, and everyday engagement.
Families benefit from a collaborative model that may include developmental assistants, education leads, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and speech‑language pathologists — all working together to support each child’s unique strengths and goals.

What ECS is and how it works
Who is eligible and how referrals and applications work
How our teams partner with families in natural learning environments
What community‑based, inclusive support looks like in practice
How our program promotes participation, confidence, and meaningful daily routines
You’ll also have a chance to ask questions and connect directly with our team.
